My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was convenient for my trips to other towns, close to the railway station, restaurants, and shops. However, the room was small, and the noise level could have been better. The service, especially regarding parking, was really helpful, but there were limited dining options early in the morning. Overall, it was a decent value for money.

The service at the hotel was exceptional. The staff were nice and friendly, and they were very helpful, able to answer all our questions about travel and the location of chocolate shops. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect for me as I was visiting other towns frequently. The hotel was conveniently located by a tram stop on the No 1 tram line that runs straight into the city center. Additionally, being right next to the train station and the Flibco Bus to Charleroi Airport made it extremely convenient for transportation.
